Account Manager

Role
Account Manager, focusing on Business and Education customers.

Objectives:

  •  • Client Relationships
         - Establish and maintain professional, trusting and lasting relationships with customers.
         - Contribute to exceptional customer service by ensuring delivery of short term and long term customer goals.
         - Actively contribute to the Opennetworks team collaboration to deliver the best possible products and solutions to our customers.
  •  • Drive customer user adoption through assessment of customer needs and business objectives
         - Facilitate renewal and retention processes.
         - Actively up-sell and cross-sell to existing customers.
         - Drive sales for a meaningful profit margin in all products and solutions across Opennetworks.

Requirements:

  •  • Fluent in English
  •  • Speaking proficiency in other official South African languages will be beneficial.
  •  • 2 years+ experience in Account Management
  •  • Proficient in the G Suite tools
  •  • Good general knowledge of web applications
  •  • Suitable academic qualifications will be an advantage

Beneficial:

  •  • Knowledge of Google Ecosystem and Google Cloud Products advantageous.
  •  • Experience in the SaaS and/or Digital Workplace business.
  •  • Highly skilled in building influential relationships and delivering in a cross-functional / matrixed working environment.
  •  • Account Management or related certifications.
  •  • Experience in the Education field.
